The Diagnostic
Is the AI Marketing Diagnostic Worth Doing for Your Business?
The AI Marketing Diagnostic is free and takes ten minutes. Here's what it gives you, when it's worth doing, and the one case where it isn't.
For something free that takes ten minutes, worth it comes down to one thing. Will it waste the ten minutes, or will it tell you something about your business you did not already know. That is the fair question to ask before starting, so I will answer it directly.
The diagnostic is a conversation, not a form. It asks you eighteen questions about how your marketing runs now, how consistent your content is, how your leads get handled, and how much of it depends on you being at your desk. It takes seven to ten minutes, and it is not a scorecard or a downloadable checklist that could have been sent to anyone. The questions are about your business, so the result is too.
At the end you get a plan that is prioritised, not a list of everything you could do. It names the one or two changes that would move your sales the most and the order to make them in. You see it at the end of the conversation, and you add your email to have the full written version sent to you. From there the plan is yours to act on, by yourself or with my help.
It is worth doing whether you run your marketing by hand, through an agency, or with someone in house. Any of those can leave gaps in your strategy, and the diagnostic is built to find them.
What matters more is the timing. A few years ago you could get away with holes in your strategy, because everybody had them. That is changing. As the systems and the automation get better, the businesses that already have their strategy in place are building stronger brands and taking market share, and they are taking it from the ones who do not. The gap between the two widens every year.
Using AI is not what closes that gap. Everyone has the same tools now. What separates a business that stands out from one that becomes part of the noise is how the tools are used, and that comes down to the strategy underneath them. The diagnostic is about that strategy, not the tools.
It is not worth doing in one case. If you already know exactly what is broken and you just want it built, the diagnosis is a step you do not need. Go straight to the system that solves it. The diagnostic is for working out where to start, not for confirming a decision you have already made.
So is it worth doing for your business. The only way to know is the ten minutes, because the plan is built from your answers and not from a general rule. If your marketing is not running the way you want and you are not sure where to begin, that is what it is for. Start the diagnostic and see what the plan says.
Frequently asked
Questions answered in this essay.
What is the AI Marketing Diagnostic?
+
It is a free, AI-led conversation that works out where AI marketing automation would move your sales fastest. It asks you eighteen questions about how your marketing runs now, takes seven to ten minutes, and ends with a prioritised plan showing what to fix first. You see your result at the end, and you add your email to have the full written report sent to you. It is a diagnosis of your marketing, not a generic checklist.
Is the AI Marketing Diagnostic free?
+
Yes. It costs nothing and takes seven to ten minutes. You get your result at the end of the conversation, and you enter your email if you want the full written report sent to you as well. There is no payment and no call required to get the plan.
Is the diagnostic just a sales pitch?
+
No. It gives you a prioritised plan to work on, and what you do with it is up to you. You can build it yourself, hand it to someone else, or I can help you work through it, and the six systems I build might be part of that. But selling you one is not the point. The point is that you leave knowing where your marketing is losing sales and what to fix first.
What do you get at the end of the diagnostic?
+
A prioritised plan built from your answers. It shows the specific places where AI marketing automation would move your sales, put in the order worth tackling them, so you are not guessing at what matters most. You see it at the end of the conversation, and the full written version is sent to you when you add your email.
When is the AI Marketing Diagnostic not worth doing?
+
When you already know exactly what is broken and just want it built. The diagnostic works out where to start, so if you have already made that decision it is a step you can skip. Go straight to the system that solves your problem. It is most useful when your marketing is not working the way you want and you are not sure which change would matter most.
