In this video, we’re going to be talking about how to use Workshops That Sell to grow your coaching or consulting business.
A lot of coaches are working harder than they need to to earn less money than they could do, and the reason why is not because of their coaching ability or their mindset for example. The real reason is that they’ve got the wrong growth model. In other words, they’ve got a growth model or a business model that leads to harder work, lower incomes, and less impact for their clientele. However, if we shift to the right growth model using Workshops That Sell, this whole thing changes.
I’ve been coaching for 12 years now, and Workshops That Sell are by far the best way to grow a coaching and consulting business so that we can make more money, have a greater impact, and attract a better quality clientele. There are three main things that determine how successful your Workshop That Sell will be.
The first thing is your conversion message. Your conversion message will determine how effectively you convert, so if you’ve got a good conversion message, you can expect 40, 50, even 80% conversion. Most people have what I call a confusion message, so that puts us back at market averages of around five to 10% conversion. When you have a conversion message, your conversion will increase.
The second key thing is having a premium market. The market determines how much money you’re going to make. Your message determines your conversion rate. Your market determines how much money you can charge for your services and how much money you’ll make in the long run.
Now, the third thing in relation to getting your Workshop That Sells right is the model. Your model is what determines how hard you work. Now, if your model’s not right, you’ll work harder for conversion. You’ll work harder to deliver to your clients, but if you’ve got the right model, which is an impact model, you’ll get greater results with less effort.
So to summarize, we need a conversion message, we want a premium market, and we want an impact model. When you get those three things right, you’ll enjoy great conversion, a high premium for your services, and done in a way that impacts your clients with less effort for you.
